Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of our products, the use it will be put to and the hygienic implications arising from this (The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations act 2000), we are unable to accept the return of Mattresses, Mattress Toppers, Mattress Protectors, Pillows, Bedding or any other sundry products likely to be used against the naked skin.
We will accept the return of faulty or defective products bought in store when presented with a valid proof of purchase and no longer than 28 days from the original delivery date. These items must be returned with the original packaging and the item unused.
There is a minimum charge of £25 for collection depending on your postcode. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the product purchased is of the correct size, shape and specification before purchase and the product you are purchasing will easily fit when delivered. We will not be liable for returns and refunds in these instances.
If you suspect the item you have purchased to be faulty or defective, please contact us at any point up to the limit of any guarantee or warranty on the item. When presented with a valid proof of purchase and after inspection and confirmation of the fault by us and the manufacturer, we will offer a replacement product on a like for like basis if the fault cannot be rectified on site.
