Try Before You Decide

• Trial Period: Enjoy your new mattress for at least 5 nights. If you find it isn’t quite right for you after this period, we’ll gladly exchange it for a brand new one!

What You Need to Know

Eligibility: Our 30-Night Comfort Guarantee applies to all mattresses, with the exception of:

​

• Made-to-measure or special size mattresses

• Ex-display or clearance mattresses, sold “as seen”

• Bed frames, divans, adjustable bases, or ottoman bases

​

Exchange Process

If you decide to exchange your mattress within the 5 to 30-night window, please follow these guidelines:

​

   1. Notification: Inform us of your discomfort within the specified timeframe.

   2. Condition of the Mattress: The mattress must be kept in perfect condition. We require the               use of a Pure Care mattress protector. For health and hygiene reasons, we reserve the right           to refuse an exchange if the mattress is marked or soiled

​

Charges:

•  A 10% charge of the original bed value will apply for the exchange.

• A re-delivery charge will also be incurred to cover some of the costs.

1. Price Difference: If you choose a more expensive mattress, you’ll need to pay the price difference. Unfortunately, if the new mattress is cheaper, a refund will not be issued.

2. Limitations: Only one exchange under this Comfort Guarantee is available per order. Please note that a mattress previously exchanged under this guarantee cannot be exchanged again.

To ensure you are eligible for the 30-night mattress trial, it must be clearly stated on your paperwork in-store.
